Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tablemonk platform, including the dashboard at app.tablemonk.com and the embeddable reservation widget. By creating an account or using Tablemonk, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Tablemonk is a reservation management platform for restaurants. It allows restaurant owners to manage reservations, tables, opening hours, and floor plans, and to embed a reservation widget on their own website. Tablemonk is provided by Klik 'm aan, registered in the Netherlands (KVK 92220010).
2. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your restaurant to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Plans and billing
Core (free)
The Core plan is free with no time limit. It includes the core reservation management features. No payment details are required to use the Core plan.
Pro (paid)
The Pro plan includes additional features and is available on a monthly or yearly subscription. Billing is handled by Stripe.
- New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly).
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are listed in euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Subscriptions are currently available for businesses located in EU/EEA countries.
We reserve the right to change prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Tablemonk for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
- Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications to guests
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Tablemonk software or widget
- Use automated means to scrape data from the platform
5. Guest reservation data
When guests make reservations via your widget, their personal data (name, email, phone number, etc.) is stored by Tablemonk on your behalf. As the restaurant, you are the data controller for this data. You are responsible for handling guest data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR. 6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For material changes that affect paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual property
Tablemonk and its content are owned by Klik 'm aan. Your restaurant data (reservation data, settings, floor plans) remains yours. By using Tablemonk you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klik 'm aan is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tablemonk
- Loss of revenue or business due to service unavailability
- Errors in reservation data entered by your guests or by you
Our total liability to you in any given month shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in that month.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of Tablemonk after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
